Dear exhibitors,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming Crofish 15th International Fisheries, Fishing Equipment, Aquaculture, Sport Fishing and Water Sports Fair, which will be held in Poreč in the Žatika Sports Hall from 24 to 26 November 2023.

More than 82 exhibitors with 30 co-exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, and Iceland representing more than 250 global brands, participated in the fair last year.

Last year, the fair consisted of 2,500 square metres of indoor exhibition space and 500 square metres of outdoor space and attracted around 3,000 visitors.

The impressions of the exhibitors last year were extremely positive. The professional segment of the fair covered a variety of topics from the field of fishing, and the events included the Crofish sailing regatta and the Istria Cup in spearfishing.

The fishing, aquaculture and sport fishing fair CROFISH is an important fair in the County of Istria and the only event in this field in Croatia.

A series of events with expert lectures, public discussions and round tables are planned with the aim of raising the awareness of consumers and the tourism sector about fishing and fish products.

This year, the entire fishing sector will be present at Crofish, holding various coordination events and meetings of fishermen, with both groups and individuals holding meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Fisheries Directorate.

The fair will also present various sector clusters (aquaculture, etc.), fishing cooperatives and fishermen's associations, FLAGs, scientific and research centres from the Republic of Croatia and neighbouring countries, who will present various forms of cooperation, examples of good practice, and strategic projects between of the Republic of Croatia and Italy and Croatian and Italian FLAGs.

Admission for visitors will be free again this year. We expect 5,000 visitors from Croatia and the region.
The organisers of the fair are the Association of Trades and Crafts Poreč with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Istria County and the City of Poreč-Parenzo.
